CUSTOMER NOTICE: 2010-03-26 PayPal issue - 26 March 2010
Please be advised that we are aware of a current issue affecting some clients using PayPal.
When a payment is made with PayPal, some Clients are receiving an error message. The funds are deducted from the PayPal account, but not added as a transaction on our system.
If you, experience this, please send an email to containing the following:

Transaction Ref:
We are currently working on a resolution and will update this notification once it has been resolved.

Notice re: new .cn registration.
NetworkDomains.net wishes to advise that the CNNIC (China) domain registry has announced a hold on all .CN registrations from overseas registrars, including registrations through the Neustar provider.
As a result of this suspension, the ability to register .CN domains has been disabled and any pending registrations suspended.
If you have .CN domains, though, don't panic. All .CN domain services will continue to operate, including renewals. However, orders for new .CN domains will fail and we will also not be able to accept inbound transfers of .cn domain names.
At the moment, there is no timetable for the resumption of new registrations. We will keep you posted as new information becomes available.
